Parents play a crucial role in supporting their teenagers as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. Considering the teenager’s brain is under construction till the mid-twenties, parents are responsible for supporting their children through the stress and anxiety inevitable challenges present while at the same time maintaining the integrity of their relationship with them. This workshop equips parents with insights and tools necessary to face this phase of their child’s development with new-found understanding and confidence. Join us for an enlightening experience that aims to enhance your parenting skills, strengthen your teen’s emotional well-being, and deepen the connection between you and your child.
