United Methodist Men May Gathering

United Methodist Men from Dilworth, Providence, St. Francis, and St. Stephen UMCs join for their quarterly regional gathering.

This month’s special guest is Dan Pezet, Metro District Superintendent for the Western North Carolina Conference.

About Dan Pezet: Dan Pezet is an ordained elder in the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He served churches in the Alabama-West Florida Conference for 14 years before becoming their Director of Church Vitality, and then he moved to the Western North Carolina Conference to serve as the Director of Church Development. One of Dan’s favorite experiences was during college when he had the opportunity to participate in the Disney College Program, where he earned a Masters Degree. Rev. Pezet currently serves as the District Superintendent of the Metro District of the Western North Carolina Conference and lives in Cornelius, North Carolina, with his wife, Cindy, and two sons, Daniel and Luke.
