St. Stephen’s neighborhood Halloween Carnival & Hotdog Supper returns!
Free! Open to all neighbors!
Come for a complimentary hotdog dinner with all the toppings, as well as chips, fruit, dessert, and drinks. Stay for a children’s costume parade, pumpkin carving contest, carnival games, and fresh popcorn and cotton candy!
